POSTER SESSIONS
Thursday, November 16 – Saturday, November 18
Formal Poster Presentation  |   3:45 pm - 5:45 pm

During each day of this three-day session, posters will be on display all day (9:00 am - 5:45 pm) and can be viewed at any time during this period. Each day, two hours of formal presentation time (3:45 pm – 5:45 pm) will be scheduled for authors to be available to discuss their work with other attendees. Authors must be present during this poster session time.  Poster boards for display of abstracts will be 4 feet (122 cm) high X 8 feet (244 cm) long.

Posters will need to be printed and brought to the conference, or printed locally in Punta del Este. Posters can be smaller than 4x8 if needed.

NEW FOR 2023 - There will also be featured presentations held during 1 hour of the poster session each day.  Organized around themes not covered elsewhere at SfRBM-SFRRI 2023, each presenter will have 6 minutes each (3 min presentation and 3 min discussion) and be limited to 4 slides maximum (Title Slide, Intro, Key Findings, Results/Conclusions).  The presentation area will be held in a corner of the exhibit hall adjacent to that day's featured posters.  Conference chairs will select the 10 posters that will be highlighted each day.
