Invited Speaker Reimbursement

Invited speakers for SFRBM-SFRRI 2023 will be reimbursed according to the guidelines below.  Please note that all reimbursements will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

Invited Plenary Session Speakers (3 speakers total)
•Four (4) nights hotel reimbursement and conference registration.  Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).

SfRBM Discovery Award Speaker (1 speaker total)
•Four (4) nights hotel reimbursement and conference registration.  Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  Reimbursed directly by SfRBM.

SFRRI Slater, Boveris & Packer Award Speakers (3 speakers total)
•Four (4) nights hotel reimbursement and conference registration.  Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  Reimbursed directly by SFRRI.

Senior Scientific Symposia Speakers (36 speakers total)
•SfRBM/SFRRI Member Speaker (from any SFRRI region): Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  No conference registration or hotel reimbursement provided.

•Non-member: Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  Conference registration waived, 2 nights hotel covered.

Please note that there is no coverage / reimbursement for symposia session chairs or junior speakers chosen for symposia presentations from submitted abstracts.  

Free Radical School Speakers (6 speakers total)
•Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  No conference registration or hotel reimbursement provided.

New Horizons in Redox Biology Speakers (6 speakers total)
•Travel expenses reimbursed but capped per geographic location (see below).  No conference registration or hotel reimbursement provided.
