HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

There are several official conference hotels that are offering preferred rates for SfRBM-SFRRI 2023 attendees. Rates include breakfast at the hotel and free shuttle service from the hotel to/from the Punta del Este Convention Center.  We ask that you please make your reservations at SfRBM-SFRRI 2023-designated hotels.  There may be other more economical options, however these hotels have not been vetted for comfort and safety.  Booking outside our designated hotels also increases the likelihood that SfRBM pays penalty fees for unused rooms at our contracted hotels.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Room Share Program (Roommate)
If you plan to attend the conference and wish to share a room with another attendee you do not know, please email info@sfrbm.org. Once we receive your request, SfRBM staff will contact you to match you with a roommate as they become available. Matched roommates will be responsible for paying half of the room cost per night. Please contact SfRBM no later than October 1, 2023.

AIRLINE TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

When making your hotel reservations online, you can also purchase ground transfers from Carassco International Airport in Montevideo to Punta del Este at a rate of $80 USD one way / $160 USD round trip per person.
