The room rate is $219/night. Hotel rooms must be reserved before October 30, 2025.

We realize that making your lodging reservations outside of the SfRBM-designated hotel block may be more economical; however, it increases the likelihood that SfRBM pays penalty fees for unused rooms in our contract. To ensure that future conference registration fees remain affordable, please support SfRBM by making your hotel reservation at the Capital Hilton.

Room Share Program (Roommate)
If you plan to attend the conference and wish to share a room with another attendee you do not know, please email info@sfrbm.org. Once we receive your request, SfRBM staff will contact you to match you with a roommate as they become available. Matched roommates will be responsible for paying half of the room cost per night. Please contact SfRBM no later than October 1, 2025.

AIRLINE TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

The Capital Hilton is a 15-minute drive from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. We would recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber and Lyft to get from the airport to the hotel/convention center, if not renting a car.
