On behalf of the SfRBM Undergraduate Research Committee, we are excited to welcome you to the SfRBM 2024 Annual Conference! We have several events planned to support you during the meeting and connect you with other undergrads in attendance.

Trainee Welcome Reception

Harbor Lawn at the Westin Savannah Harbor

Connect with other undergraduates and their mentors at the Trainee Corner during the Welcome Reception on Opening Night. Find other undergrads by looking for the red ribbons on the registration badges. Members of the SfRBM Undergraduate Research Committee will be there as well, including co-chair Dr. Aimee Eggler.

Undergraduate Poster Practice Session
Thursday, November 21 | 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM
Jasper Board Room

This is a chance to run through your poster in a supportive environment before the "real" poster sessions, and lunch is included with an RSVP. Please note that there is an award for the best poster presentation by an undergraduate, which includes a check for $200.

Hear about the application process, get your questions answered, and talk with SfRBM members about their grad programs. Lunch is included with an RSVP.
