All registration fees include access to all conference sessions, materials, and coffee breaks.

Undergraduate Undergraduate Members are defined as students enrolled in an accredited full-time bachelor's degree or up to 6 months post-graduation at the time of abstract submission. Undergraduate status will be verified.		$100

The registration form will also include the opportunity to sign up for the complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the conference.

Visa Information

Depending on your passport, you may need a visa to enter Brazil. Please verify requirements with your nearest Brazilian embassy or consulate.

Visa Support Letters
SfRBM can provide an official visa support letter to accompany your visa application if needed.

To request a visa support letter, you may select this option during conference registration or email sfrbm@affinity-strategies.com directly.

Guest Registration
Guest registration is $160 and can be added onto individual registration during check out. The cost will allow the guest to participate in the opening cocktail, coffee breaks, explore the exhibit hall, and attend the SfRBM social activity.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honored if received in writing by April 17, 2026. Please note all refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Please email sfrbm@affinity-strategies.com with subject line: Refund Request [Your Name].
