Abstract Program

This conference will be organized around the central theme "Redox-based processes in chronic disease. From target discovery to clinical application" and will cover cutting edge research in the rapidly evolving field of redox biology and medicine. Scientific sessions will cover diverse topics such as redox mechanisms in chromatin remodeling, mitochondria biology, and endoplasmic reticulum stress, and their involvement in cancer and other chronic diseases.

While we have already confirmed the participation of several prominent researchers in the field, our scientific program will also offer ample opportunity for speakers that will be selected from the most meritorious submitted abstracts by our program committee. We will select about 12 oral presentations of 15 min each to be included in our scientific program. A combination of a session talk with a poster presentation will be considered.

NEW! Accepted abstracts will be considered for abstract awards at the symposium. Accepted abstracts will also be able to opt-in to have their abstract published in a supplemental issue of SfRBM's journal, Free Radical Biology and Medicine (FRBM).

Deadline Extended: Abstracts are due August 1, 2026.
