Oxidative Stress

Using CellROX® reagents to monitor reactive oxygen species

Oxidative damage is a fact of life associated with aging and disease.

To measure oxidative stress in live cells, CellROX® reagents generate
a luorescent green, orange, or deep red signal. You can use low

cytometry, luorescence imaging, or microplate luorometry to monitor

the signal and easily multiplex with immunostaining or with other

luorescent reporters.

Advantages of using CellROX® reagents include:

• A choice of measuring reactive oxygen species with deep red, orange, or

green luorescence
