Virtual Format

This year’s SfRBM & MCW Redox Biology Symposium will be held in a virtual format, comprised of live sessions. Our virtual conference platform will provide the opportunity for attendees to network with one another, watch sessions, and visit exhibitors. Live sessions will occur on May 13-14, 2021 and attendees will have access to the content till August 13, 2021.

GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $500

  • Company Logo on the Conference Website
  • Exhibitors will have access to a dashboard within the virtual conference platform to add their
    • Company logo and description
    • Company contact information along with Sales Reps contact info
    • Supporting media such as PDF files and video. (See samples on next page) up to 6 uploads
    • Offer Giveaways or drawings to attendees
  • Exhibitor Engagement
    • Live Chats with attendees within the platform
    • Attendees will have the option to request additional information from exhibitors
  • Each exhibiting company will receive up to four (4) full conference registrations that will include access to all educational sessions (live, poster, and on demand sessions)
  • (1) Custom rotating banner ad throughout Virtual Conference Platform
  • Exhibitors will also receive a Pre and Post conference Attendee List as well as Lead Retrieval on attendee traffic to your booth
  • Company logo included in rotating sponsor slide prior to sessions

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $250

Pricing, Deadlines, & Cancellation Policy

  • Cost to Exhibit: $250 - $500 – Full payment is due at the time of application.
  • Application Deadline: April 30, 2021
  • Deadline to Upload Exhibit Information: May 3, 2021

Cancellation Policy: Notification of an exhibitor’s decision to cancel must be submitted in writing to Zenia Spear, SfRBM’s Meeting Manager, via email to zspear@hollandparlette.com. Upon the receipt of written notification of cancellation, there will be a 50% administration fee for cancellations. No refunds will be issued after May 3, 2021.
