SfRBM has big changes in store for our 24th Annual Meeting, to be held November 29 – December 2, 2017 in Baltimore.  Thanks to valuable sponsor and exhibitor feedback we are offering new and exciting ways for you to connect with our members in a more experiental manner.

New Sponsorship Opportunities for #SfRBM2017

  • Sponsor Spotlight Sessions that provide substantial exposure to one of the largest Annual Meeting audiences
    • Each sponsor will have 5-minutes to spotlight the science behind their company, or products during the highly anticipated and well attended Sunrise Free Radical School
       
  • Highlight your company or products with a Video or Slide Promotion screened at the plenary sessions
    • Turn the spotlight of the plenary sessions onto your company by playing a short (1-minute or less) promotional video, or a slide
    • Your video will be played twice during the meeting and slides will be shown up to four times, just prior to the beginning of plenary sessions
       
  • Offer a Science-Based Workshop or Educational Session for SfRBM members
    • These lunch-time 1-hour sessions can be an educational workshop, equipment training session, science-based panel discussion, or science-based presentation
    • A great opportunity to educate potential customers about the science behind your technology
       
  • Get exclusive feedback from an expert panel of SfRBM scientists during a Corporate Advisory Meeting
    • If your company is developing a new product, therapy, or method, you can receive confidential direct feedback from a group of experts in your target field
    • These 1-hour sessions will include 5 SfRBM Members who will participate in your choice of an expert panel or roundtable discussion
       
  • Become the exclusive sponsor of SfRBM’s Professional Development Series
    • This opportunity to become the exclusive sponsor of the 2017 Annual Meeting’s Professional Development Series includes the chance to host your own Professional Development session for SfRBM Members
    • The sponsor will also have an opportunity to host an exclusive meet and greet with SfRBM Members looking for new employment opportunities
       
  • Become the exclusive sponsor of SfRBM’s Free Radical School Virtual Seminar Series.  New this summer, one company or organization will become the exclusive sponsor of SfRBM’s Free Radical School Virtual Seminar Series. Sponsors will:

    -Have their name added to the series title
    -Have an opportunity to host one virtual seminar
    -Receive attendee lists
    -Be featured in a comprehensive marketing campaign, and more

OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTIONS AND COST

  • Sponsor Spotlight Sessions - $1,000
    • Spotlight must focus on science and can not be commercial in nature
    • Spotlight duration: 5 minutes
    • Held between the two Sunrise Free Radical School sessions on Thursday, Friday, Saturday
       
  • Video & Slide Promotion - $500
    • Video and slides will be provided by the sponsor and can be commercial in nature
    • Video should be between 30 seconds and 1 minutes in length
    • Each video will be played twice during the meeting
    • Videos will be played before the first Plenary Session each day and/or during the Plenary Session breaks
    • Slides will be shown four times during the meeting just prior to a Plenary Session
       
  • Science-Based Workshop or Educational Session - $2,500
    • Held during the lunch break on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
    • The session can be an educational workshop, equipment training session, science-based panel discussion, or science-based presentation
    • The session will be free of charge for conference attendees to attend
    • All promotional materials/activities must be approved by SfRBM management
    • Additional Logistical Notes
      • The session will be part of the SfRBM Annual Meeting Program, but the sponsor will be responsible for the lunch/session promotion
      • The sponsor will be responsible for arranging all speakers at their session, and will be responsible for all expenses for speakers
      • Sponsor to provide lunch for attendees
         
  • Corporate Advisory Meeting - $3,000
    • Held during the lunch break on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
    • Format: expert panel or roundtable discussion
    • SfRBM to provide 5 members to participate in the Corporate Advisory Meeting. SfRBM will work to meet the expertise and skill level requested by the meeting host company.
    • Host company must provide SfRBM with any required non-disclosure agreements a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the session
    • No restriction on topics
       
  • Professional Development Series - $5,000
    • Participating company would be the exclusive sponsor of the SfRBM Professional Development Series at SfRBM2017
    • Access to the full SfRBM 2017 Annual Meeting attendee list
    • Opportunity to conduct one professional development session during the meeting
    • Ability to host a job hunting/networking event during the annual meeting at an additional expense to the sponsor, including an ability to host one-on-one interviews with potential job candidates at a location provided by SfRBM
       
  • Free Radical School Virtual Seminar Series Sponsorship - $5,000 for 12 months
    • Sponsor to receiving naming rights at part of official title - “SfRBM Free Radical School Virtual Seminar Series - Sponsored by __________”
    • Inclusion in all SfRBM virtual seminar series marketing materials on all platforms, and in all correspondences
    • Sponsor will receive attendee lists for each seminar
    • Sponsor will have the opportunity to host one educational seminar during the 12-month sponsorship
    • Identification as the sponsor at the beginning of each seminar, and ability to play a short 1-minute video prior to the start of each seminar
    • These webinars are, on average, viewed by approximately 250 members (either live or via archive)
