CME CREDIT

NO Category 1 CME credit will be offered for SfRBM 2017.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds will be honored if received in writing by November 15, 2017. Please note: all refunds will be issued AFTER the meeting and will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
